            TREASURER

To maintain proper accounts and provide updated statements of account for each meeting; Liase with Leagues bankers as required; Oversee all payments and receipts throughout season; Issue letters notifying clubs of fines; Collect fees and fines from clubs; Provide reports to the Executive Committee on the status of club debts with regard to possible imposition of debt suspensions; Provide A.G.M. with estimated budget for following season; Provide A.G.M. with a Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and narrative report on the immediate past seasons transactions

FIXTURE SECRETARY

Organise and distribute League fixture lists (including referee appointments) and cup draws; Re—arrange postponed fixtures and inform all parties concerned; Receive results and distribute to media and for general distribution; Receive and advise on cancellation requests. Organise Semi-final and Final venues. Obtain medals for Cup & League winners.

REGISTRATION SECRETARY

Receive and deal with all player registrations, cancellations and transfers; Receive team-lines and referees reports; Check team-lines for irregularities re-registration or suspension. Will Process the Suspensions of Players & inform the player, club secretary, and the Scottish Amateur F.A. of all suspensions.
     
     8     The League will be affiliated to the Scottish Amateur Football Association and any Office   
Bearer may represent the League in any matter concerning the S.A.F.A. Two Executive Committee members will be nominated to represent the League at the Council of the Scottish Amateur F.A.

   9      The terms of membership of the League shall be that members agree to abide by the Constitution and rules as laid down by the League

The Executive Committee will have the power to fine or suspend a member club whose conduct has, in their opinion, been objectionable, or has been found guilty of repeated breaches of the rules.

Clubs who have given the League problems during the past season may have a bond placed upon them at the discretion of the Executive Committee (amount will be decided by the committee).

Any club whose players, officials or members are found guilty of serious misconduct or repeatedly guilty of misconduct throughout their membership of this League may be expelled from membership at a General Meeting if agreed by a number of clubs totalling two-thirds (or nearest round figure) of League members as set out in Article 5 of the Constitution. Should such a motion fail the membership may consider the imposition of a bond or other form of punishment at their discretion, this to be decided by a simple majority of those present
